Every year, more than 250 Nonprofit Organizations partner with AUW to help bring much-needed services and programs to Oʻahu and our Neighbor Islands. Many of these agencies wouldn't be able to do the critical work they do to serve our community without the funds they receive through AUW Workplace Giving Campaigns. Your support enables AUW and our Partner Agencies to continue providing essential services directly to our local communities. 

Beyond supporting our Nonprofit Partners and the nonprofit sector in Hawaiʻi, Aloha United Way operates four major initiatives. 

• AUW 211 Statewide Helpline – A free, confidential helpline connecting Hawaiʻi residents with essential resources like food, housing, and crisis support. 

• AUW Safety Net – Provides emergency assistance for basic needs like food, shelter, and healthcare, helping individuals and families regain stability during times of crisis. 

• ALICE Fund – Supports hardworking households struggling to afford basic needs, helping them build financial security, access safe housing, and avoid falling into poverty. 

• Areas of Greatest Need – Addresses Hawaiʻi’s most pressing challenges by investing in local solutions that create lasting change. Your gift ensures help goes where it’s needed most. 

Through the AUW Workplace Giving Campaign, you control how your gift supports our community by distributing the donation between AUW Partner Agencies and AUW Initiatives. Your gift can also be split up into smaller increments conveniently through payroll deduction or monthly credit card contributions.
